We are a well-established brand development company based in South Korea, with extensive experience building and operating consumer brands. In the United States, we operate **Firgi**, a premium mother-and-baby brand sold on Amazon. Firgi develops thoughtfully designed products that make baby feeding and meal preparation easier for parents. We are now looking for a reliable and hands-on freelancer or small team to help us connect with nano- and micro-influencers in the United States and run an initial influencer campaign. This is not intended to be a one-time relationship. We value people who are honest, proactive, responsible, and genuinely committed to producing good work. When we find the right person, we prefer to continue working together, expand the scope of the role, and provide more projects across our brands and markets. ## What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete influencer campaign process—not simply provide a list of influencer accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience with: * Finding US-based nano- and micro-influencers * Working with mom, parenting, baby, family, food, or lifestyle creators * Contacting creators through email and social media * Negotiating product-gifting and paid collaboration terms * Managing product seeding and shipping information * Coordinating content briefs, deadlines, revisions, and publishing * Tracking campaign performance and organizing results * Supporting Amazon-focused influencer campaigns * Building long-term relationships with high-performing creators Experience with Amazon Attribution, Amazon Associates, Amazon Influencers, affiliate campaigns, or UGC content rights would be especially valuable. ## Initial Pilot Project The first project will be a fixed-price pilot campaign focused on one of Firgi’s core baby meal-preparation products. The selected freelancer will be expected to: 1. Understand the Firgi brand, product, and target customer. 2. Define the most suitable US creator profile for the campaign. 3. Build a qualified list of nano- and micro-influencers. 4. Verify content quality, engagement, audience relevance, and US audience presence. 5. Contact creators with personalized outreach. 6. Negotiate gifting or paid collaboration terms within the agreed budget. 7. Collect shipping information and coordinate product seeding. 8. Provide creators with a clear content brief. 9. Follow up until the agreed content is published. 10. Track all communication, campaign status, content links, and results. 11. Identify the strongest creators for possible long-term partnerships. 12. Submit a clear final campaign report with recommendations for the next campaign. We expect the pilot to last approximately **4–6 weeks**. The campaign scope, number of creators, deliverables, milestones, and budget will be finalized with the selected candidate before the contract begins. Product costs, shipping, and creator compensation will be handled separately from the freelancer’s management fee. ## What Success Looks Like We will evaluate the pilot based on: * Quality and relevance of the creator shortlist * Number and quality of personalized outreach attempts * Creator response and collaboration rates * Number of confirmed and completed collaborations * Quality of the published content * Ability to meet deadlines and follow up consistently * Accuracy and transparency of campaign tracking * Potential Amazon traffic and sales contribution * Number of creators suitable for repeat collaborations * Quality of communication, judgment, and ownership throughout the project We understand that influencer responses, views, and sales cannot be fully guaranteed. We are therefore looking for someone who manages the process carefully, communicates transparently, identifies problems early, and continuously looks for ways to improve results. ## Long-Term Opportunity If the pilot goes well, we would like to continue working with the selected person on an ongoing basis. Future work may include: * Monthly Firgi influencer campaigns * Building a long-term US creator and brand ambassador network * Amazon affiliate and influencer partnerships * UGC production for Amazon listings and paid advertising * Campaigns for additional Firgi products * Influencer campaigns for other brands operated by our company * Expansion into additional categories and markets We have multiple brands and products and can provide substantially more work to someone who demonstrates strong execution, integrity, consistency, and a genuine commitment to our business. ## Who Will Be a Good Fit You may be a strong fit if you: * Have hands-on influencer outreach and campaign management experience * Understand the US creator market and communicate naturally in English * Are comfortable working independently * Take responsibility for results and follow-through * Keep campaign records organized and up to date * Communicate problems honestly instead of hiding
