### Overview We're a women's activewear brand looking for an ongoing freelancer to produce **short-form, AI-generated video ads for our own brand's social channels.** **We write the scripts** - you produce finished, ready-to-post branded videos featuring a licensed AI presenter showing our product. The Opportunity We are looking for a sharp, high-level Social Media Content Producer & Video Editor to partner with us for an initial 3-month pilot to elevate the personal brand of an elite-level athlete. We already have a core strategy in place, but we need someone who knows more than us when it comes to social media pacing, narrative hooks, algorithm trends, and high-performance sports storytelling. This is not a blind "clip-cutting" job. We want a collaborative partner who can audit our ideas, tell us what to film, edit premium short-form content, and teach/upskill us as we build this workflow together. The Scope of Work (Per Week) Content Volume: Edit and deliver 10 engaging short-form videos (20-60 seconds) per week (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). Direction & Shot Lists: Look at the athlete’s weekly training/competition schedule and provide a simple, actionable "Shot List" or brief directive (e.g., “Film 30 seconds of high-angle footwork drills, plus a 15-second raw reflection right after training”).
