Job Description
Everfit is a coaching platform that helps fitness and health professionals manage clients, deliver training programmes, and streamline their coaching workflows. We are looking for an experienced software tutorial and explainer video creator to expand our library of product-education content. The goal is to help coaches understand how to use Everfit through clear, concise screen-recorded tutorials with professional voiceover narration. This is an ongoing opportunity, with an estimated 50–100 videos to produce over time. We would begin with one trial video to evaluate the quality, instructional clarity, and overall fit before moving into regular production. ### Project Scope & Deliverables • Produce short product tutorials demonstrating specific features and workflows. • Record desktop screen walkthroughs with clear voiceover narration. • Explain how features work and when coaches might use them. • Edit recordings into polished, easy-to-follow educational videos. • Maintain consistent quality and presentation across the video library. • Deliver the finished, edited video file for each tutorial. First deliverable: A tutorial explaining how to create a check-in form in Everfit. We will provide access to a trial account and a reference video to guide the production style. ### Video Format • Screen recording with voiceover narration. • No on-camera presenter or talking-head footage. • Desktop recording only. • Typical duration: 2–5 minutes per video. • Consistent pacing, clear audio, and professional editing. • Match the style and presentation of our supplied reference video. ### What Each Video Needs to Achieve • Open with a brief introduction explaining what the tutorial covers. • Navigate directly to the relevant feature instead of starting with a generic homepage or dashboard. • Demonstrate the correct workflow using a clean demo account with realistic sample data. • Explain the purpose of each step and the practical use case, rather than simply listing clicks. • Use clear, approachable English and a supportive, non-prescriptive tone. • Close with a concise recap and a light, encouraging call to action. • Ensure the navigation, terminology, and on-screen instructions accurately reflect the platform. ### Required Experience • A portfolio of software, SaaS, or app tutorial videos featuring screen recording and voiceover. • Clear spoken English and the ability to record narration in your own voice. • Strong instructional communication skills and an understanding of how adults learn new software. • Experience with screen recording, video editing, audio cleanup, and visual callouts. • Ability to research features, write or refine scripts, record demonstrations, and manage the complete production process. • Reliability and consistency when producing videos at scale. Working Style & Timeline You will work independently and manage the full production process, including research, scripting, recording, editing, and quality assurance. We will provide access to the platform, a reference video, and a short brief for each tutorial. We would like the first video delivered within approximately one week of kickoff. After reviewing the initial video, we will agree on a sustainable production schedule for the remaining tutorials.
