Welcome to Pitchlo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pitchlo’s website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using or accessing Pitchlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you are using Pitchlo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Pitchlo provides software and tools that help creators, brands, and businesses:

  • Manage outreach and brand communications
  • Automate email or contact workflows
  • Generate analytics or performance reports
  • Access other related digital tools or integration

4. Accounts and Access

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

A. Pricing & Billing

Some Services are offered on a subscription basis. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

B. Payment Processor

Payments are securely processed via Stripe or other approved providers. We do not store full card details.

C. Renewals & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting hello@pitchlo.com.
  • Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

D. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Services, fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our discretion in cases of proven billing error.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Upload or distribute malicious software or content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Attempt to access data not intended for you
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell Pitchlo’s platform or code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on Pitchlo are the property of

or its licensors.


You are granted a

limited, non-exclusive, revocable license

to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes.


You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written consent.

8. User Content

You may upload or provide content (such as email templates, images, or messages) while using Pitchlo. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to:

  • Host, store, and process your content to provide the Services
  • Use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics and improvement

9. Third-Party Services

Pitchlo may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Gmail, Stripe, Meta, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined there.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You misuse the Services or engage in prohibited activities
  • Required by law or regulatory action

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitchlo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pitchlo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid to Pitchlo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLG Technology LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. International Users

Our Services are primarily operated from the United States.
If you access Pitchlo from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
