Health App UGC Creator – $10 base + CPM (up to $3K/mo)

Hollin Labs, an iOS health and wellness app, is hiring 1–2 US-based UGC creators to produce short-form vertical videos (12–20 seconds) featuring natural, relatable moments and app demonstrations. Content should emphasize casual lifestyle scenarios involving food, wellness, and daily routines with conversational delivery and clear app features. Creators will deliver multiple video formats including Hook + Demo, Talking + Demo, and lifestyle-focused content. All work is original footage with organic usage rights for approved videos. No unpaid trial videos, no minimum following requirement, and no need to create multiple accounts. Full terms and usage rights are provided in a written agreement before work begins. Compensation is performance-based: $10 USD per approved video reaching 1,000+ qualifying views, plus $1 CPM for the first 100K views, $0.50 CPM from 100K–500K views, and $0.25 CPM above 500K views. Views are measured over 7 days post-publication. Maximum monthly payout is $3,000 USD per creator. Applicants must be 18+, US-based, have iPhone access, and provide 2–3 portfolio UGC videos with their application.
