Job Description
The Scrub CEO is hiring nurse and healthcare content creators to produce authentic short-form social media content. Founded by a nurse and entrepreneur, The Scrub CEO provides education, tools, and support for nurses, healthcare workers, and aspiring entrepreneurs interested in the Independent Living & Shared Housing business model. Creators will produce talking-head and storytelling videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, covering topics such as nurse burnout, career transitions, and introductions to The Scrub CEO's educational resources and programs. Authentic, natural voice and personal style are preferred over scripted advertising. Compensation is guaranteed at $50 per approved video, with no dependency on sales performance. Selected creators may also opt into The Scrub CEO Creator Partner Program for an additional 15% commission on qualifying program sales generated through their unique tracking link. Affiliate participation is completely optional and separate from base video payment. US-based creators only.
