UGC Creator for Telehealth Weight Loss – $100/Video

SurpassMD, a physician-guided telehealth weight management platform, is seeking UGC creators to produce authentic short-form video content for paid advertising. The brand values relatable, genuine content that feels like real personal experiences rather than polished commercials. Creators will produce 3–5 vertical videos (15–45 seconds each) covering topics such as weight loss struggles, the decision to seek professional help, convenience of online physician guidance, confidence gains, and affordability of telehealth care. Content formats may include talking-head pieces, lifestyle B-roll, testimonials, and problem/solution storytelling. The company provides creative direction and talking points while encouraging creators to maintain authenticity. Ideal candidates are comfortable on camera and relatable, with experience in health, wellness, fitness, telehealth, or lifestyle brand content creation preferred. A large social following is not required. Compensation is $100 per creator for the initial batch of videos.
