We're looking for creative UGC content creators to help us build and grow our TikTok presence through engaging, authentic short-form videos. We're interested in ongoing collaborations, starting with a paid 30-day trial and the possibility of working together for several months. You won't need to post anything on your personal TikTok account, and you don't need an existing audience or followers. Initially, we'd like to explore a collaboration involving approximately 12–16 videos per month, with the possibility of increasing the volume over time. We'll provide access to our app, basic brand guidelines, and feedback, while giving you creative freedom to experiment with different formats. Experience managing or growing TikTok accounts is an advantage, but not required. COMPENSATION & COLLABORATION We're looking to start with a paid 30-day pilot. The expected workload is approximately 12–16 original videos per month, including editing and publishing on our account. We're open to fixed monthly compensation and would like to hear your proposed rates. If the collaboration goes well, we'd be interested in extending it for additional months and potentially increasing the content volume. HOW TO APPLY Please share: 1. Video Gardening Content Creator — Hands-Only Plant Tutorials (No AI)

$500

We’re looking for a gardening video creator to film original, hands-on plant tutorials for Instagram Reels and Facebook. Budget: $100 per completed video. We’ll start with one paid test video, with the possibility of ongoing monthly work if we’re a good fit. What we’re looking for Short, practical videos showing real gardening tasks from start to finish. Viewers should clearly see what you’re doing and understand how to try it themselves. Examples include: Taking plant cuttings and demonstrating how to plant them. Pruning lavender or other common garden plants. Dividing plants and potting up the divisions. Repotting rooted cuttings and showing their root systems. Planting bulbs, seeds, or young plants. Demonstrating useful seasonal plant-care techniques. Topics will be agreed upon before filming, based on your experience, available plants, and the appropriate season. Hands only — no faces Your face must not appear in the videos. We want close-up footage of your hands, the plants, tools, and the task itself. You do not need to speak on camera. Original footage is essential You must personally film the demonstrations using real plants. No AI-generated visuals, stock footage, slideshows, or footage taken from other creators. We are specifically looking for someone who can perform and film gardening tasks, not just edit supplied clips. You must have access to suitable plants and a garden, patio, greenhouse, or well-lit workspace. Video style Approximately 30–45 seconds per video. Vertical 9:16 format, minimum 1080 × 1920 resolution. Clear, steady footage with natural-looking lighting. Close-ups that make each important step easy to see. A strong opening that immediately shows the task, plant, or result. Simple, clean editing and readable on-screen instructions in US English. A practical, approachable feel. Good smartphone footage is welcome. The gardening advice must be accurate and appropriate for the plant shown. No misleading “hacks” or staged results. If a process takes several weeks, any before-and-after sequence must make that time gap clear. Deliverables for each $100 video One fully edited video ready to publish. A clean version without text or music. The original raw footage. One round of reasonable revisions. Please flag any additional plant or material costs before we agree on the topic. Additional expenses must be approved in advance. The agreed price must include our ability to publish and edit the content for our own social media channels and use it in paid social ads. Any restrictions must be disclosed in your proposal. To apply, please include: Two or three examples of gardening or plant videos you personally filmed. Hands-only examples are especially welcome. A brief description of your gardening experience. The plants and filming space you currently have access to. Three tutorial ideas you could realistically film. Your turnaround time for one video and availability for ongoing work. Confirmation that $100 covers the deliverables and usage described above. You do not need a large social media following. Practical gardening knowledge, clear demonstrations, and reliable original filming matter most. Please start your proposal with “REAL GARDENING” so we know you’ve read the brief.
