Social Media & Content Creator – Women's Health, $1000

Kaya is seeking a highly organized social media handler and content creator to build the brand's online presence and community. The role focuses on managing Kaya's social content strategy—primarily Instagram—while creating engaging, original content including Reels, carousels, static posts and Stories. You'll help shape Kaya's voice around women's health and wellbeing topics including stress, sleep, nutrition, skin, hair, gut health, menstrual cycles and perimenopause, ensuring conversations remain relatable, culturally relevant and genuinely useful without shame or fearmongering. Beyond scheduling, this is a hands-on position where you'll create original UGC-style content, appear on camera or produce voice-led content as appropriate, publish consistently, engage thoughtfully with followers, and identify relevant trends and creator formats that align with Kaya's brand. You'll monitor content performance, provide insights for optimization, and support organic and paid Meta marketing activity. This is a remote, fixed-fee position paying $1000.
