UGC Creator: Weight Loss Content | $350/Package

We are seeking UGC creators to produce short-form vertical video content for telehealth weight-loss and GLP-1 brand campaigns. You will shoot raw, authentic footage on a smartphone—no editing required. This is a one-time package deliverable with a flat fee of $350. Your deliverables include two short filmed sequences (a getting-started flow and day-in-the-life lifestyle content), four talking-to-camera script reads (15–30 seconds each), three hook reads, five product detail clips, and five lifestyle/reaction clips. All content must be filmed vertically in 9:16 format with natural lighting on a modern smartphone. You must be comfortable and natural on camera, willing to appear in weight-loss and health-related content, able to shoot steady vertical video in good natural light, have a portfolio of prior UGC work, and be US-based and 18 or older. No personal experience with GLP-1 medications is required. Usage rights for paid social ads are included in the flat fee.
