You will handle direct outreach follow-up, verify creator performance on TikTok Shop (particularly for supplements and similar brands), and prioritize mid-tier and larger creators with strong sales track records of $10,000+ monthly GMV for single brands. Key responsibilities include negotiating creator terms (flat fees plus 25–28% sales commission with monthly content commitments), compiling shortlists with verified performance metrics and proposed deal structures for approval, coordinating sample distribution through the TikTok Seller Center, and tracking deliverables and performance in shared spreadsheets. You will monitor agreed commitments, published content, Live sessions, and sales data, following up promptly when creators miss deadlines. The company has established systems for creator discovery, outreach campaigns, content publishing, GMV tracking, and reporting—this role focuses on the relationship-building, negotiation, and account management that drive partnership success.
