Social Media Manager & Creator, Health – $2000/mo

Xandro Lab, a Singapore-based longevity supplement brand, is hiring a full-time remote Social Media Creator & Manager to own all social channels end-to-end. This is a long-term position open globally with reasonable team overlap required. You will manage the complete social media operation, from content strategy and calendar planning to community engagement and channel growth, while also creating original short-form and static content as part of the regular content mix. You will source, brief, and manage UGC creators and content contributors to ensure brand consistency across organic growth and paid ad testing initiatives. Your responsibilities include tracking performance metrics (growth, engagement, saves, shares) and adjusting strategy accordingly, as well as coordinating with performance marketing and creative teams to align social content with paid campaigns. Ideal candidates have a proven track record managing and growing social media channels for consumer brands, preferably in the DTC space, with hands-on content creation experience.
