How Much Do UGC Creators Make?
Across 2,915 paid UGC job listings posted on Pitchlo between December 2025 and September 2026, the median offer is $150 per video, with half of all listings falling between $76 and $400. The top decile offers $900 or more. Among the 213 listings open right now, the median is $150.
Methodology
- Sample: 2,915 paid job listings posted to the Pitchlo marketplace by real brands between December 2025 and September 2026. Every listing is one a creator could apply to, not a survey response or an estimate.
- How pay is read: each listing states a pay band; we take its midpoint. Where only one bound is given, we use that figure.
- Excluded: gifted-only collaborations, which are not paid work; listings with no stated pay; and values below $1 or above $50,000, which are data entry rather than rates.
- Niche suppression: a niche is reported separately only once it holds 5 or more listings. Smaller ones are grouped as “other” rather than shown as a median of two jobs.
- What this is not: these are the amounts brands offer, not the amounts finally agreed. Treat them as the going rate for opening a negotiation — a floor to work from, not a ceiling.

What moves a UGC rate up or down
Three factors explain most of the spread you see above. Usage rights: content a brand will run as paid ads is worth several times organic-only content. Deliverable complexity: a scripted demo with multiple hooks costs more than a simple unboxing. And niche economics: brands selling high-consideration products can justify higher content budgets. Your follower count is not on the list — UGC is priced on the content, not the audience.

Frequently asked questions
How much do UGC creators make per video?+
Based on live job listings on Pitchlo, most paid UGC jobs fall between $100 and $1,000 per video, with the middle of the market in the low hundreds. Rates rise with usage rights, ad usage, and niche — see the live table on this page for current numbers.
What is a typical UGC creator salary?+
UGC is mostly per-project rather than salaried. A part-time creator delivering a handful of videos a month typically earns a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars monthly; full-time creators stack multiple brand relationships. Multiply the live per-video rates on this page by your realistic monthly output.
Which UGC niches pay the most?+
It changes with demand, which is why this page pulls live data instead of quoting a fixed list. Higher-consideration products (tech, finance, health) often budget more per video than commodity niches — check the current per-niche table above.
How should I set my UGC rates?+
