Job Description
We're looking for female UGC content creators between the ages of 25 and 65 to create authentic, engaging, selfie-style videos for a nationwide home improvement brand. We're looking for creators who can communicate product benefits in a natural, relatable, and convincing way. This is not a traditional commercial. We want videos that feel like you're talking to a friend, sharing an interesting discovery, or giving helpful advice to homeowners. Who We're Looking For - Female on-camera creators, ages 25–65. - Comfortable speaking directly to the camera. - Natural, engaging, and trustworthy on-screen personality. - Fluent English speakers with clear communication skills. - Ability to create authentic content that doesn't feel overly scripted or promotional. - Smartphone with a good-quality camera and good lighting. - Experience creating UGC for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube is preferred. - Homeowner, mom, or lifestyle-oriented creators are especially encouraged to apply. You do NOT need to own or have experience with the product. Video Requirements & Compensation Pay: $50 for 3–5 minutes of raw footage. No editing is required! We're simply looking for natural, direct-to-camera footage discussing the product and its benefits. You can record several separate, unedited clips covering different talking points. Our team will handle all editing and production. - Film vertically (9:16) using a smartphone or camera. - Record in a clean, well-lit environment. - Speak naturally and conversationally. - No music, captions, text overlays, or logos. - Only your natural speaking voice should be heard. - Submit 3–5 minutes of usable, unedited video footage. A detailed creative brief is attached with suggested talking points, messaging, and video hooks.
