About The Growth Edit Agency The Growth Edit Agency is a marketing agency focused on performance-driven creative, social media, and digital marketing. We're building a network of talented creators to support upcoming client campaigns across a variety of industries. The Opportunity We're looking for reliable male and female UGC creators who can produce natural, engaging short-form video content that feels authentic to the intended audience. Both expert and newer creators are welcome to apply. This is an opportunity to collaborate with an agency on client projects as they become available, with the potential for repeat assignments based on client needs, fit, and performance. Responsibilities -Create short-form UGC videos for brands and campaigns. -Follow creative briefs, talking points, and delivery requirements. -Provide clean, high-quality footage and/or edited deliverables as agreed. -Communicate proactively about timelines, revisions, and project needs. -Follow agreed content usage rights, confidentiality, and brand guidelines. Ideal Candidate -Has a portfolio of original UGC work (ideal but not required). -Is comfortable on camera or specializes in product-focused content. -Understands short-form video formats such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social creative. -Meets deadlines and communicates professionally. -Can provide clear project rates and turnaround times.
