45 second UGC video for a website.

Hello, I just need someone to record me a 45 second single cut video. This can be recorded how you want, in a landscape format, I will provide the script and the context so you get a feel. It'll go at the front of my website, where you'll need to explain what it is and literally just read out the pitch (but doing it well and charismatically). I'll needs rights in perpetuity (although it's unlikely it'll be used much past a few months). Ideal actor casted will be a British or Irish accented person (man or woman) between the ages of 18 to 25 (website is targeted at a younger crowd). As you can see, the budget is what it is, so if you're someone with super high skills and expensive equipment that this call out offends, I'm sincerely sorry. It's a very early stage startup running on fumes! There are no edits required, it's just reading the script in an upbeat manner to help convert customers on the website. To give you an idea of what it's like, it's just explains what the website has, and you have to point at certain points to be like "click here for".
