Job Description
ABOUT THE CHANNEL A YouTube channel about AI and software. Almost 70,000 subscribers, over 4 million views. I will share the channel once I know you are a fit. I record freestyle. There is no strict script. I repeat sentences, restart, pause, redo whole sections, and try things live. Raw footage is often 1 to 3 hours long. I need someone who can take that and turn it into a clean 10 to 20 minute video, without me building a rough cut first. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Watch and sort the raw footage - Cut out mistakes, repeats, pauses and dead air - Pick the strongest take when I say the same thing twice - Edit talking head and screen recording together - Fix the pacing so people keep watching to the end - Add B-roll, zooms, text, callouts, captions and light motion graphics - Clean up the audio - Tell me which parts I should re-record - Hand back a tidy final project WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR - Strong long-form YouTube editing, cut by you from raw footage - Good judgement. You follow the point I am making, not just the cuts. - Happy working with talking head plus screen recording - Good English listening. You need to follow a technical explanation. - Steady replies and a turnaround you can keep - One person. No teams, no agencies, nobody else doing the work. - Big plus: you like AI and tech. You do not need to be an engineer. You just need to be curious enough to follow what I am saying. THE BAR Iman Gadzhi level production, put on AI and software content. Channels I am up against: PAY About $100 USD per finished video. 2 to 3 videos a week to start, ongoing. Roughly $900 to $1,300 a month. It grows if the work holds up. This is not a one-off. I want someone who learns my style and stays. No paid test. I choose from your samples.
