Competitive Intelligence Researcher - AI HR Tech, $350

We are building an AI-powered Interview Performance Platform designed to help candidates prepare for interviews, analyze their real interview performance, and continuously improve through AI-driven coaching. As part of developing our AI Chief Growth Officer system, we are creating a comprehensive Competitive Intelligence Knowledge Base covering leading companies in interview preparation, AI career coaching, recruiting technology, and career development. You will research approximately 20 competitor companies and complete a standardized Competitive Intelligence Template for each one. This is a research role focused on collecting factual information from publicly available sources. You will document company information including overview, website, headquarters, founders, and funding details; product positioning including homepage messaging, value proposition, and primary customers; and product features and capabilities. This is a detail-oriented research project, not a strategy or marketing role. You will not be asked to provide strategic recommendations or competitive analysis—only to gather and organize structured competitive data using a provided template.
