On-Camera UGC Creator – Music Content ($100/mo + commission)

We are seeking on-camera UGC creators to produce short-form music campaign content. You will film 15-second lip syncs, transitions, and skits set to provided songs, performing on camera with face visible using your phone. We handle strategy, song selection, and posting while you bring the performance and personality to each clip. Compensation includes a $100 monthly retainer during your tenure on the roster, with an additional $2 commission per 5,000 views on approved clips (capped at $50 per clip). The first month serves as a trial period to ensure a good working relationship. Most clips take 5–10 minutes to film with minimal editing required, as we provide format templates and guidelines. Ideal candidates are comfortable performing on camera, can accurately lip sync to audio hooks, and treat this as a professional commitment. No large following, expensive equipment, or advanced editing skills are required. Finalists will be invited to complete a paid audition brief ($10).
