TIKTOK SHOP VIDEO EDITOR Looking for a TikTok Shop video editor to edit short-form TikTok Shop content. Videos are typically 30–60 seconds and require simple, fast-paced editing that feels natural to TikTok. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience editing TikToks, Reels, or other short-form content TikTok Shop editing experience is a plus Strong understanding of TikTok pacing, hooks, and keeping viewers engaged Able to creatively rearrange footage and identify the strongest clips Comfortable turning one set of footage into multiple videos when possible CapCut or Premiere Pro software only No advanced editing or complicated effects needed Reliable and able to consistently meet a 24-hour turnaround EDITING STYLE REQUIREMENT: To be considered, you MUST provide examples of videos you've edited that match the style we're looking for. Please use these videos as references: We are NOT looking for hyper-edited content, motion graphics, crazy effects, excessive captions, or complicated transitions. If your portfolio primarily consists of this type of editing, you will not be a good fit for this position. The goal is for the content to feel natural and native to TikTok, almost like it was edited by a normal person rather than a professional video editor. However, it still needs to be fast-paced, engaging, and have strong TikTok-style pacing. You should understand how to take simple raw footage and make smart editing decisions that keep the viewer watching without making the video feel overly produced.
