AI Video Creator for YouTube – English & German Long-Form Videos + Shorts

I’m looking for an experienced AI video creator/editor to create long-form and short-form videos for two YouTube channels for one of my clients: one in English and one in German. I need: 4 English long-form videos of approximately 7–8 minutes each. The same 4 videos adapted into German using the same visuals but German voiceover/text 8 English Shorts of approximately 20–30 seconds each. The same 8 Shorts adapted into German using the same visuals but German voiceover/text So in total: 8 long-form videos + 16 Shorts. I’m looking for someone experienced with AI-assisted video creation and tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. You don’t need to use all of them. I’m more interested in someone who has a strong workflow and knows how to combine AI-generated video/images, voiceovers, stock footage, music, sound effects, subtitles, and editing to create professional YouTube content for the characters of a book for kids.
