New World Leaders is seeking a creative content clipper to transform long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. You'll identify impactful moments from conversations about personal development and leadership, then edit them into polished clips with strong hooks, dynamic captions, sound design, and visual effects that maintain the integrity of the original message. Your role requires storytelling expertise to recognize emotional, motivational, and viral moments, then repurpose them into multiple unique pieces of content. You'll need strong technical editing skills—clean captions, smooth pacing, strategic zooms, and precise timing to capture viewer attention within the first 3 seconds. Submissions must be consistent and maintain the New World Leaders brand voice and mission throughout. This is a fixed $1440 project-based role for US-based creators with proven experience in short-form social content that performs well across platforms.
