Job Description

We make how-to tutorials (style reference: Howfinity, GuideRealm). This is not a typical editing job. Your time goes into research and recording, not editing. That's why $1 per video adds up much faster than it looks. Why it's fast - Editing is minimal. Viewers want clean, raw footage for this kind of content, so zero cuts is fine. At most, you cut an obvious silence or add an arrow where something is unclear (about a minute). - Thumbnails take no real time. We make them for you at the start, and later it's a template process that takes seconds. - Once you're up to speed, an experienced creator averages 2–4 videos per hour. What that means on a 40-hour week $1.00 per video $80–160/week, $320–640/month (starting rate) $1.20 per video $384–768/month $1.50 per video $480–960/month How fast you move up - We can start you at more than $1 if your samples and first videos show strong research and a delivery viewers enjoy - Good engagement in your first weeks can trigger early raises - After that, you get regular raises plus automatic raises after a successful period - Want to work more than 40 hours? You can. More videos means more pay. What you'll do - Research the topics we provide. Check the top-ranking videos, Google results, and AI chatbots like ChatGPT, then test it yourself in the actual app or tool - Record a clean screen recording with clear voiceover in your own real voice (no face cam needed) - Make each video the best answer the viewer can find. That means better information, better delivery, or ideally both, plus the next thing they'll probably need There's no target length. Each video is exactly as long as the viewer needs: no filler, nothing missing. Your own opinions, a unique angle, or showing your face are welcome if you know how to use them well. But the core never changes: the most useful video for what the viewer searched. To apply Send 2–3 screen recordings you've made and a short note on your experience with similar work. Please confirm the narration in your samples is your own voice. Thanks!
