TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, Skincare – $1,500

A family farm-based tallow skincare brand is seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to own creator relationships and drive growth through their affiliate program. This is a long-term role focused on building genuine connections with creators, increasing posting consistency, and improving video performance and GMV. You will proactively recruit and manage affiliates, provide detailed feedback on content hooks and storytelling, write creator briefs and scripts, manage the Discord community, and track key metrics including active creators, videos posted, GMV per creator, and conversion rates. Success is measured on results and your ability to motivate creators to post consistently high-performing content. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing a TikTok Shop affiliate program for an established brand doing $100K+ monthly affiliate GMV, understands TikTok Shop conversion mechanics, and communicates in a warm, personal style that makes creators feel supported rather than managed.
