The role encompasses content planning and scheduling, community management through comments and DMs, campaign coordination, and ensuring all activities align with brand guidelines. This is a flexible, part-time position requiring 3-4 hours daily with a maximum 6-hour response time during working hours. Key responsibilities include producing user-generated content such as filming product demonstrations and makeup application videos, developing engaging hooks and scripts with minimal direction, and maintaining an active, on-brand social presence.
