Full-Time AI Video Content Operator – $2,500/month

We're looking for a full-time content operator to manage daily video production for a founder across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. You'll work with AI tools like HeyGen and ElevenLabs to script, create avatars, generate voiceovers, edit, and post content using existing branded templates and proven playbooks. The founder's face and voice are already cloned, so no on-camera work is required. Your responsibilities include rebuilding proven posts daily, maintaining consistent template formatting, and responding to comments across all platforms. You'll need strong video editing and design skills, hands-on experience with AI avatar and voice tools (portfolio required), and availability during US Eastern AM hours. This is a one-client, full-time role with a structured workflow. Compensation starts at $2,500 per month with a 90-day review and growth potential as the content machine scales.
