Healthcare AI Event Photographer – 3 Days, $100-$999/hr

A healthcare AI company exhibiting as a Gold sponsor at a major medical spa industry conference in Seattle is seeking an experienced event photographer and content creator for a 3-day assignment September 20–22, 2026. You'll capture comprehensive coverage from 7am–10pm across booth activities, leadership speaking sessions, networking events, and general conference atmosphere at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. Deliverables include short-form vertical video content optimized for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), long-form recordings of speaking sessions and recap videos, and professional still photography including booth design, team headshots, candids, and product demonstrations. All raw footage and organized photos will be provided to the client for use across social channels, sales enablement materials, and event recap content. This is a short-term contract with flexible compensation. Applicants should state their preferred rate (day rate or fixed price). Availability on September 19 for setup and walkthrough is a plus.
