Two Hearts Chapel Website Project

Hi! I’m looking for someone to build the website for Two Hearts Chapel, a new Vegas-inspired, LGBTQ+ inclusive wedding chapel coming to the Waco Texas area. I already have the business concept, services, pricing ideas, written content, and a strong idea of the direction I want for the brand. I’m not looking for someone to reinvent the business. I need someone who can take my vision and turn it into a fun, professional, easy-to-manage website. DO NOT CONTACT ME OUTSIDE OF UPWORK YOU WILL BE BLOCKED BUDGET My total budget for this project is $100, including the website and logo work. I would like to divide the project into 2 milestones/phases: Milestone 1 — $40 Urgent landing page + waitlist launch Milestone 2 — $60 Remaining website + logo + admin/handoff I understand this is a small startup budget, so I’m looking for a practical solution using existing tools, templates, open-source software, or free integrations where appropriate rather than everything being custom-coded from scratch. PHASE 1 — PRIORITY Must Be Live Within 48 Hours of Starting This is the most important part of the project. I’m already promoting Two Hearts Chapel on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram and couples are already joining my waitlist. Right now I’m sending everyone to Linktree, and I want to replace that ASAP with a professional Two Hearts Chapel website. Phase 1 should include: Branded Landing/Home Page A mobile-friendly homepage that introduces Two Hearts Chapel and immediately feels like our brand. The style should be: Little Vegas wedding chapel meets Cupid. Retro, playful, romantic, campy, colorful and fun. Think: ️ Hearts Cupid Little Vegas wedding chapel Vintage Vegas inspiration Red and pink Retro signs and graphics Fun pop-art influence I do NOT want it to feel like a traditional formal wedding venue. About/Introduction A short introduction explaining what Two Hearts Chapel is and what we are bringing to the Waco area. We will offer affordable and fun options including elopements, quick ceremonies, vow renewals, commitment ceremonies and wedding packages. The chapel will be welcoming and LGBTQ+ inclusive. Couple Waitlist This is the MOST important feature for Phase 1. I currently use an outside form/Linktree setup and want to replace it. Couples should be able to join the Two Hearts Chapel waitlist directly from our website. I need an admin panel where I can log in and: See everyone who joined See their contact information See when they signed up View their submitted answers Manage their information/status Ideally export the list if needed I do not want to have to contact the developer every time I need to see my waitlist. Social Media Include links to our social media so visitors can follow the journey and watch Two Hearts Chapel being built. Mobile First A large amount of our traffic will be coming from TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, so the Phase 1 page needs to look great and work correctly on phones. PHASE 2 — FULL WEBSITE Once the waitlist site is live, we can continue building the rest of the website privately. Because I have not secured the physical chapel location yet, Coming Soon pages and location-specific information can be finished later. The full website should eventually include areas for: Home About Two Hearts Chapel Meet Your Cupids / Meet Bee(Main Cupid) Ceremonies & Packages FAQ Gallery Contact Waitlist Booking Additional pages/sections can be discussed as we build. BOOKING SYSTEM Eventually, I want couples to be able to book directly through the Two Hearts Chapel website. Ideally they would be able to: Choose their ceremony or package Select an available date Select an available time Enter their information Submit/book their ceremony Receive confirmation I would prefer a free or open-source booking solution that can be integrated directly into the website if possible. I’m trying to avoid having another expensive monthly third-party subscription. I understand that truly custom booking software would normally cost much more than this project's budget, so I’m open to using an existing free/open-source solution that can be customized to match the website. Please let me know what you recommend and whether there would be any ongoing fees or limitations. ADMIN PANEL Long-term, I would like the website admin area to become my main place for managing the online side of Two Hearts Chapel. At minimum I want to be able to manage: Waitlist submissions Website text Photos Services/packages Pricing Basic website information And ideally later: Bookings Customer inquiries I want to be able to make normal updates myself without hiring a developer every time something changes. LOGO & BRANDING I currently have a Two Hearts Chapel logo, but I don't think it completely fits the direction I'm taking the brand.
