We need someone who can manage the entire advertising process—from strategy and campaign setup to tracking, testing, and ongoing optimization. We are not looking for someone who only boosts posts or focuses on likes and impressions. Your responsibilities will include: Develop a paid advertising strategy for Meta and TikTok. Set up and launch campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and conversion objectives. Create or guide compelling ad copy, images, and short-form video creatives. Set up or audit Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and conversion tracking. Recommend improvements to landing pages and the consultation-booking process. Continuously test and optimize ads to improve lead quality and conversion costs. Provide weekly reports covering ad spend, qualified leads, booked consultations, and customer acquisition results where trackable. What we’re looking for: You must have a proven track record of generating leads or customers through paid social advertising. Experience with coaching, wellness, personal development, or other appointment-based businesses is preferred. You should also understand the advertising policies that apply to hypnosis and wellness-related services. We want a professional who makes decisions based on performance data, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for ongoing campaign improvements.
