TikTok & Reels Organic Growth Specialist - $1000

We are seeking an experienced Organic Growth Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for a mobile app across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in identifying viral trends, creating engaging short-form content, and scaling accounts organically. You will research competitor strategies and trending formats, then adapt them specifically for mobile app promotion. Your responsibilities will include developing original content concepts across multiple formats such as UGC-style videos, trend adaptations, tutorials, POVs, memes, and product demos. You will create and edit all videos with strong hooks, captions, and native platform optimization, then post consistently while tracking performance metrics including views, engagement, follower growth, and audience retention. Testing and optimization will be ongoing as you identify which hooks, concepts, and formats drive the strongest results. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating successful organic account growth, deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels algorithms, strong video editing skills, and previous experience promoting tech products or mobile apps.
