Romanian UGC Creators for Meta & TikTok Ads We are hiring 10 Romanian-speaking UGC creators, each creating one 20–40 second video based on a different creative concept. We are not looking for influencers or traditional actors. We are looking for natural, confident creators who can make a brand message feel native to TikTok and Reels. What you’ll do You’ll create one vertical UGC video in Romanian based on a creative brief we provide. You’ll receive: The concept Hook Key talking points CTA B-roll direction You do not need to memorise or read a script. We want you to take the idea and say it in your own words and your own style. The content will be used permanently on Just’s owned organic social media channels. It will also be used in paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok in Romania for 3 months. Please include these usage rights in your quote. We may make reasonable edits for advertising purposes, including adding captions, text overlays, cut-downs and resizing for platform formats. Who we’re looking for Romanian-speaking Comfortable speaking naturally on camera Strong presence and authentic delivery Good lighting and clear audio Smartphone filming is perfectly fine Previous UGC experience is a plus Authenticity matters more than polished acting The ideal creator can make someone stop scrolling without making the content feel like an advertisement. Why this project is different We are testing 10 creators across 10 different concepts. The content will be used for organic social media and paid ads on Meta and TikTok, allowing us to test different creators and creative angles. If your content performs well, we want to continue with additional videos, new concepts and ongoing paid work. This is not just “make one video and goodbye”; we are looking for creators we can build a long-term relationship with. We care much more about how naturally you deliver the message than how perfect the video looks. About the brand Just is a Danish-operated iPhone buyback platform entering the Romanian market. We help people sell their iPhones with a focus on price certainty, transparency and speed. People already know iPhone buyback exists, but many worry that the final offer will be lower than expected.
