Spanish Podcast Clip Editor – $500/month

We are hiring a clip editor for an established Spanish-language podcast with a large audience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. You will edit 30 vertical clips per week (15 from the new Monday episode and 15 from archived content), selecting the best moments yourself, adding synced Spanish subtitles, and preparing captions and hashtags ready for posting. All deliverables go to Google Drive every Tuesday with a clear tracking system. Responsibilities include identifying hook-worthy moments in the first second of each clip, editing in CapCut or Adobe Premiere, and maintaining reliable weekly deadlines. You must be fluent in Spanish with native understanding of Mexican humor and slang, have proven experience editing podcast clips or short-form content, and demonstrate reliability. Compensation is $500 USD per approved pack of 130 clips (approximately one month of work), paid immediately upon approval. A paid test of 10 clips will determine fit before the full engagement. After three months of successful work, the rate increases to $600 per pack based on performance.
