Job Description

Job Description We're looking for a talented UGC creator to film a batch of short-form video ads for our B2B brand. We already have a video that performed well on impressions but underdelivered on engagement — we think a tighter hook and some comedic/skit-style takes will help us break through the scroll. What we need: 10–20 short vertical videos (LinkedIn/Meta ad format) Strong, punchy hooks — no slow preamble, get straight to the point (e.g. "3 ways experts are cheating you...") A mix of styles: straight-to-camera UGC-style ads AND comedy/skit-style videos Someone who can take a creative brief (including roleplay/comedy concepts) and run with it — not just read a script word-for-word Comfortable improvising or punching up lines to make them land better on camera Clear, confident on-camera presence with a US accent preferred About the project We want to test volume — multiple hooks, tones, and formats — to find what actually drives engagement, not just impressions You'll receive a written brief per video (hook, key points, tone) but have creative freedom on delivery Videos should be self-shot (phone is fine) with clean audio and simple, well-lit setup — no need for a studio Budget Fixed fee for the full batch of short videos (30 seconds on average), budget up to $1,000 USD total — please quote per video or as a package of 'X number of videos' rate rather than hourly so we have a sense of what we're getting. Open to a paid trial video first before committing to the full batch To apply, please include: 1 A link to your UGC/talking-head reel (bonus points if it includes any comedic or skit-style work) 2 Your per-video rate, and how many 30-second videos you could realistically turn around for US$1,000 3 A one-line take on how you'd deliver this hook with more punch: "3 ways experts are cheating you" Looking to start with a trial video this week and move quickly from there if it's a good fit.
