UGC Creator Needed for Real Estate Ads (Real People Only, NO AI Actors) - Raw Footage

We're looking for a real UGC creator to record authentic, selfie-style videos for our real estate marketing campaigns. Please note: We are only accepting real, on-camera UGC creators. AI-generated avatars, AI voiceovers, synthetic videos, or any AI-created content will not be considered. Project Details • Industry: Real Estate • Estimated filming time: Approximately 2 hours • Filming style: iPhone selfie style (natural and conversational) • Delivery: Raw footage only (no editing required) • Timeline: Flexible What You'll Be Recording You'll receive 3 different scripts, each approximately 30–40 seconds long. For each script, you'll record it in 3 different locations (for example: inside your home, outside, in your car, office, etc.). The script stays exactly the same—the only thing that changes is the filming location.
