Social media growth expert to generate leads

I’m looking to grow my new TikTok and YouTube channels and turn them into consistent lead sources for my businesses. Both accounts are fairly new, so I’m looking for help understanding what works on each platform the algorithms, content structure, posting strategy, and how to create quality content that not only gets views but actually converts viewers into leads. Coming up with content ideas isn’t the issue for me. My biggest challenge is the time it takes to edit, piece everything together, and make the content look polished while also optimizing it for each platform. Ultimately, I’m looking for support with the editing and strategy side so I can consistently put out strong content that works with the platforms rather than against them.
