AI Video Creator Needed for 63 Short Educational Videos + 5 Languages + No LipSync 1 Narrator

We are building a web and mobile app for parents and caregivers of children who are deaf or hard of hearing. We already have all 63 completed scripts, narrator-only audio scripts, detailed scene-by-scene production directions, character assets, branding, and visual guidance. We are looking for someone experienced with AI-assisted video production to turn these materials into polished short educational videos. This is an AI-first production job, not traditional animation. VISUAL STYLE We want a warm, polished, soft 3D animated style. The videos should feel: - warm - modern - family-friendly - educational - practical - emotionally supportive The videos should include: - our existing mascot/guide - parent/caregiver and child scenes where appropriate - simple educational diagrams and graphics - one narrator voice - on-screen text - captions - natural ambient sound where useful The parent, child, and mascot do NOT need spoken dialogue or lip-sync. The narrator carries the educational audio while the characters act naturally in the scenes. We do not want: - generic talking-head avatar videos - corporate training videos - anime style - realistic live-action style - 63 videos of one character simply talking to the camera SCOPE 63 base videos: - 12 educational/explainer videos - 15 strategy videos - 24 activity/demo videos - 12 real-life scenario videos Most videos are approximately 30–90 seconds. A small number of educational videos may be up to 2–3 minutes. WHAT I PROVIDE I will provide: - all 63 finished scripts - narrator-only audio scripts - detailed scene-by-scene visual directions - exact educational content - mascot/character assets - logo and branding - visual reference/style direction - titles and content organization - educational and safety guidance - access to approved AI production tools if needed You are not being asked to research, write curriculum, or develop the educational content. YOUR WORK You will: - generate the AI video scenes - keep the mascot visually consistent - create appropriate parent/child scenes - generate or assemble narrator audio - edit each video - sync visuals to narration - add captions - add editable on-screen text - add simple graphics where needed - add natural ambient sound where useful - export finished videos - organize all files clearly - provide reusable/editable project files where possible LANGUAGES The final library needs versions in: English Spanish French Mandarin Chinese Hindi English will be produced and approved first. The other four language versions should reuse the approved English visual masters wherever possible. We are NOT asking for 315 completely different videos. Localization should mainly involve: - replacing narrator audio - replacing captions - replacing editable on-screen text - making small timing adjustments where necessary Do not permanently bake English text into the AI-generated scenes. Because the characters do not need audible dialogue or lip-sync, the same visual masters should be reusable across all five languages. WHY THIS WORKFLOW IS EFFICIENT This project is intentionally designed to be fast and AI-assisted. - No character lip-sync is required. - Parent, child, and mascot characters do not need spoken dialogue. - One narrator carries the educational audio. - The English visual master is reused for Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, and Hindi. - The four additional languages mainly require replacing narration, captions, and editable on-screen text. - All scripts are already completed. - All scene-by-scene directions are already completed. - Branding, mascot assets, and visual direction are provided. - No curriculum writing or research is required. - AI tools may be used for video generation, narration, captions, editing, and localization. This is not 315 separately produced videos. It is 63 visual masters with localized audio/text versions. If you prefer to use your own tools, clearly state that in your proposal. BUDGET Maximum budget: $250 for the full project. This includes all 63 videos and all five language versions. Do not bid above $250. We will work in milestones and will not proceed with the full library until the initial quality is approved.
