Short-Form Video Editor for TikTok/Reels

I’m a content creator and creative director looking for an editor to turn my concepts, references, creative direction, and raw footage into polished, engaging short-form videos. You should have strong pacing and storytelling instincts, be able to create clean, modern captions, and bring sound design, music selection, and basic motion graphics or visual effects. Color correction and grading are also important. I want someone who can follow references while still adding creative ideas and who understands current TikTok and Reels editing styles.
