Job Description
BOTAVEIL, a fragrance-enabled décor and gifting brand, is seeking a talented AI video creator to develop an original short-video series featuring a recurring character. The selected freelancer will be responsible for the complete creative vision, from character design and storytelling to AI video generation and final editing. This is a comprehensive creative role requiring both artistic direction and technical execution. Responsibilities include developing a memorable, original character with detailed reference sheets covering appearance, expressions, and angles, then maintaining consistency across multiple episodes. You will create original 8–20-second stories with strong narrative hooks and satisfying conclusions, naturally integrating BOTAVEIL products into scenarios involving homes, gifting, celebrations, workspaces, and everyday moments. The work requires creating realistic environments, movements, expressions and interactions using AI video generation tools. All videos will be vertical 9:16 format optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and advertisements. You will handle complete post-production including music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and branded frames while maintaining BOTAVEIL's premium aesthetic using forest green, warm ivory, and subtle gold accents. Deliverables include high-resolution videos and editable project files.
