Latina UGC Creator – Long-Form YouTube – $1,150/mo

We're seeking a confident and engaging UGC content creator to produce approximately 8 long-form YouTube videos per month, typically 5–10 minutes each. The ideal candidate is a U.S.-based Latina creator who is natural on camera, fluent in English, and brings authentic cultural perspective and storytelling ability to professional and educational topics. Previous experience with YouTube, UGC, or video content creation is preferred, particularly with long-form formats. Responsibilities include appearing on camera with a natural presence, following scripts and creative briefs, researching and presenting assigned topics clearly, recording professional-quality video and audio, meeting deadlines, and incorporating feedback. You'll also stay current with YouTube content trends and communicate complex topics in relatable, engaging ways. Required qualifications include previous YouTube, UGC, or video content creation experience, strong English communication and storytelling skills, and comfort performing on camera. Compensation is $1,150 USD per month plus a $100 training stipend. Remote position, U.S.-based applicants only.
