Job Description
We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop specialist to set up and launch a complete e-commerce store for a US-based women's accessories business. You will be responsible for configuring the store infrastructure, connecting payment and shipping gateways, preparing product listings, and developing a comprehensive LIVE strategy. This includes conducting test broadcasts, setting up promotional campaigns, and creating standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations. Your role will extend through the initial launch phase, providing two to four weeks of dedicated support to guide the setup process, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize the store for an excellent customer experience. You should have proven experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live features, and general e-commerce platform management. The goal is to have the shop fully operational and ready for live sales with strong foundational processes in place.
