Edtech UGC Creator Manager – $250/week

We are seeking a UGC Creator Manager to lead weekly creator campaigns for an education technology brand. You will build and manage a roster of at least 10 active UGC creators based in Singapore, onboard them onto fresh TikTok and Instagram accounts, and guide them through the account warm-up process. This part-time, fully remote role requires approximately 8 hours per week with the potential for growth as the organization expands in the region. Your responsibilities include writing weekly scripts and hooks optimized for performance data, reviewing creator videos before publication, and maintaining creator engagement and motivation. You will also prepare weekly performance updates for the operations team, ensuring smooth collaboration between creators and internal stakeholders.
