TikTok Video Editor (1 min+) – IRL Content, Long Raw Footage | Gen Z Brand, 16M+ Followers

Description: We’re YAWAWE, a Gen Z entertainment brand with 16M+ followers across platforms. We shoot a large volume of IRL footage and need an editor who can turn hours of raw footage into as many strong 1-minute-plus vertical TikToks as possible. What you’ll do - Go through long, unscripted IRL footage, often several hours per batch. - Find every usable moment: reactions, interactions, punchlines, tension, payoffs. - Cut 1 min+ vertical videos with a strong hook in the first 1–2 seconds and pacing that holds people to the end. - Add captions, sound design, and light graphics where they help retention. - Use AI clipping tools (Opus Clip, CapCut AI, Descript, etc.) to speed up the first pass through footage. - Every AI-generated clip must be manually reviewed and refined before delivery: tighten the cut points, fix the hook, and check that the captions are accurate. We don’t accept unreviewed AI output. - Flag moments that could become their own series or recurring formats. Who we want - Experience editing IRL, vlog, or reality-style content for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts. - A sharp eye for moments. You catch the 4 seconds everyone else skips past. - You understand retention: hooks, pacing, loops, and where viewers drop off. - Patient and disciplined with long footage. This job is mostly watching closely. - Comfortable using AI clipping tools in your workflow, and skilled enough to catch what they miss. - English at native or professional level. You’ll be judging dialogue, humor, and timing. - Fluent in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, or similar.
