Video editor for short form

I am looking for an editor to assist me with short form editing and thumbnails to really take my content to the next level. I really like simple cuts clean subtitles but also using some techniques to increase retention. I want to make the videos slightly different style for TikTok and YouTube shorts to match the platforms algorithm also creator two versions for Instagram with two seperate hooks, one for trial reels and one for main grid. Please if you apply for my job do not do a generic ai application, I am looking for a long term editor to bring my brand to the next level and hit 10k followers in the next 2 months.
