The video will be featured prominently on our company website. What we're looking for: - Must be white/caucasian with clear american accent - Someone who is comfortable and confident speaking directly to the camera, with a natural, engaging delivery. - Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a professional yet approachable tone. - Ability to deliver a script conversationally, rather than sounding like you're reading from a teleprompter. - Strong on-camera presence, with natural facial expressions, appropriate gestures, and the ability to emphasize key points. - Access to a professional recording setup with good lighting, high-quality audio, and a clean, polished background suitable for a corporate website. - Ability to record in landscape (16:9) format, preferably in 4K resolution. - Previous experience recording promotional videos, corporate presentations, or spokesperson content. Project scope: - We will provide the complete script. Your role will be to deliver it naturally and convincingly on camera, as though you're speaking directly to potential customers. - This is a promotional video, so we're looking for someone who can communicate with energy and confidence, while remaining authentic and professional. We don't want a stiff, overly rehearsed, or scripted-sounding delivery. - The recording should be professionally framed, well-lit, and suitable for placement on a business website. No more than 3 minutes. - We may request multiple takes or minor adjustments to ensure the delivery is right. Deliverables: - High-quality video recording in landscape (16:9), preferably 4K. - Clear, professional-quality audio. - Clean, unedited footage without background music, graphics, captions, or watermarks. - Selected alternative takes where necessary. - Original video files delivered electronically. Usage rights and ownership: - This is a work-for-hire project. Upon full payment, we require exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and royalty-free commercial usage rights to the final video and all delivered footage. - We must have the right to edit, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, and use the recording across our website, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials without additional fees, renewals, or future permissions. - The presenter must also consent to the commercial use of their image, likeness, voice, and performance in the footage.
