Job Description
RoboApply is an AI job-application platform. We are scaling our organic social presence and need a growth marketer who has actually done this before, not a theorist. Must have scaled organic views to Millions monthly. The goal is specific and measurable: grow our organic content to 20 million monthly views concentrated in US, Canada, and UK audiences, across short-form platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). We already run a UGC creator program and reposting system; we want someone to take it to the next level and build the engine that gets us to 20M/month in Tier 1 markets. What you will own: • Build and run the content/creator pipeline that drives views in US/CA/UK specifically (geography matters, not just raw views. • Recruit, brief, and manage short-form creators, Influencers and our owned branded accounts • Develop and test video formats that go viral in the career / job-search / day-in-the-life niche • Track performance by geography and double down on what works • Report weekly on views, audience country split, and the trend toward the 20M target You must have: • A proven track record of scaling a brand or product to millions of monthly organic views on short-form social, with US/CA/UK audiences specifically • Real examples: in your application, tell us which account or brand you scaled, the before/after view numbers, and over what time frame • Experience managing creators and content operations at volume • Understanding of how to target and grow Tier 1 (US/CA/UK) audiences, not just cheap global views Compensation: • $1,000–$2,000/month base, depending on experience • Plus performance bonus tied to hitting monthly view and geography milestones To apply: Do not send a generic proposal.
