Job Description
We are seeking an experienced YouTube video editor based in Indonesia to support a creator in the extreme sports space. The creator has extensive filming and editing experience but requires consistent post-production support to maintain a regular publishing schedule. Your responsibilities will include editing full-length YouTube videos, creating multiple YouTube Shorts from each long-form video, and applying professional editing techniques such as clean cuts, pacing, graphics, captions, music, and sound effects. You will maintain an engaging editing style that maximizes viewer retention and deliver completed videos on a reliable weekly schedule. You must be based in Indonesia with strong English comprehension, proven experience editing YouTube content (portfolio required), and proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. A demonstrated ability to identify engaging moments for Shorts, strong storytelling sense, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Reliable communication and consistent deadline adherence are required.
