NFL Content Creator (UGC & Short-Form Video)

$600/month guaranteed base + 4% uncapped recurring commission WhiteGloveRips is looking for three entertaining NFL fans to become on-camera hosts for recurring short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This is an ongoing paid creator role—not a one-off UGC project. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll host a recurring daily video series built around NFL memorabilia, mystery-box openings, and fan giveaways. The basic concept: “Day 17 of opening mystery boxes on WhiteGloveRips and trying to win an NFL autograph for someone in the comments.” Each episode, you'll: • Introduce a selected fan and their favorite NFL team. • Open mystery boxes using a promotional budget provided by WhiteGloveRips. • React naturally to the memorabilia you pull. • Keep opening while the episode budget allows as you try to hit that fan's team. • If you pull a qualifying autograph from their team, they win the memorabilia, subject to official giveaway rules. • Invite viewers to comment their team for a chance to be featured in a future episode. We want personality, humor, football knowledge, trash talk, and genuine reactions—not polished commercials. We'll provide the show concept, script templates, creative direction, company-owned social accounts, and publishing support. You'll record the episode, make basic short-form edits in CapCut or similar software, and submit the finished video. Our team handles publishing, routine community management, fan selection, and giveaway administration. TIME COMMITMENT Approximately 30 short-form videos per month, typically 15–45 seconds each. Once you're comfortable with the format, most episodes are expected to take approximately 30–45 minutes to record, edit, and submit. Because episodes involve real fan selections and mystery-box outcomes, this is a genuine recurring commitment and generally cannot be batch-recorded weeks in advance. Reliable availability, including scheduled weekends, is important. COMPENSATION Guaranteed Base: $600/month for approximately 30 agreed videos. Recurring Commission: You'll also earn 4% on qualifying real-money deposits made by customers you refer during each customer's first six months as a referred paying customer. That includes qualifying repeat deposits—not just the customer's first deposit. There is no preset commission cap. As you refer additional customers, their individual six-month commission periods can overlap, creating the opportunity to build recurring commission earnings over time. The $600/month base is the starting compensation. As creators establish their show, consistently produce strong content, grow their audience, and contribute to the business, there may be opportunities to review and increase guaranteed base compensation. Base increases and commission earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • A genuine NFL fan who knows teams, players, and football culture. • Entertaining, expressive, funny, energetic, or naturally engaging on camera. • Comfortable recording vertical videos on a smartphone. • Familiar with basic CapCut or similar video editing. • Able to make simple cuts, captions, and engaging short-form videos. • Reliable and able to maintain a recurring production schedule. • Open to feedback and excited about developing a show over time. No existing following is required. No degree, professional equipment, or previous paid creator experience is required. Experience creating TikToks, Reels, Shorts, or UGC is a plus, but personality and on-camera presence matter more to us than your résumé.
