Short-Form Video Editor for Realtor | Real Estate Reels & TikToks

I’m a Realtor looking for a skilled short-form video editor to work with me long-term on Instagram Reels and TikTok. I record content in batches once per week and am looking for approximately 24–36 finished videos per month, with most videos under 60 seconds. Content will include: • Property tour videos using trending/viral audio, with clips timed to the music, speed ramps, slow motion, transitions, and effects • Property walkthroughs where I provide the raw walkthrough footage and you create the finished visual edit using speed ramps, slowdowns, different angles, etc. I will record the voiceover afterward • Real estate educational/narrative videos featuring me and my wife • B-roll videos with text overlays • Occasional creative videos with specific direction I already have an established editing style and will provide examples of my finished videos for you to study and replicate. I’m also open to creative ideas once you understand my style. I’m looking for someone experienced with high-quality short-form content, strong pacing, music synchronization, captions, speed ramping, and engaging social media edits. Weekly batches should generally be completed within a few days, with small revisions as needed. Some content may occasionally be in Spanish, but Spanish is not required.
