Job Description

We're producing a high-quality 20–25 minute recorded masterclass for a Singapore-based executive coaching brand targeting senior business leaders in Asia. The masterclass is filmed in a single-take, talking-head format and needs to be edited into a polished, premium final cut that matches the authority and trust register of the brand. What the edit needs to include: Clean cuts and pacing — this is a teaching video, not a highlight reel; the edit should feel calm and deliberate, never rushed Professional lower-thirds (name, title) appearing at the right moments On-screen text and framework visuals appearing in sync with what's being said (M.A.S.S. framework labels, key phrases, chapter markers) B-roll integration — we will supply still photos and short video clips to be composited at specific chapters Subtle motion graphics where appropriate — nothing flashy, everything in service of clarity and authority A single branded intro sequence (5–8 seconds) Cinematic color grade — warm, premium, consistent throughout Royalty-free background music during transitions and the intro/close, with clean audio mix on the talking head Closed captions / burn-in subtitles if requested in a final pass What we're NOT looking for: Over-edited, hyped-up online-course energy Heavy transitions, flashy effects, or anything that reads as creator-economy content Generic stock footage — we'll supply the visual assets The brand register: Think premium Singapore executive — tailored, calm, institutional authority. The final cut should feel like something a Financial Times or CNA documentary team produced, not a YouTube tutorial. Project scope: One masterclass, approximately 20–25 minutes of raw footage polished final export at 1080p minimum, delivered as an MP4 plus a project file. Timeline: First rough cut within 5 business days of receiving all assets. Reference: To apply: Please send links to 2–3 masterclasses or long-form educational videos you have personally edited — ideally 15 minutes or longer. We are specifically looking for examples that demonstrate your ability to handle a talking-head format with on-screen text, frameworks, and B-roll integration at a premium quality level. Applications without relevant examples will not be reviewed.
