The agency helps clients increase online visibility through Meta and Google advertising, local SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization. This part-time role supports the agency's own brand growth across social platforms. You will create and edit short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, transforming raw footage, talking points, and long-form content into compelling clips. You'll also design supporting visuals including carousels, quote cards, and branded templates while maintaining consistent brand identity. A key responsibility is developing and refining thought leadership content for LinkedIn that educates and builds authority with the target audience. This is an execution-focused position requiring experience with short-form video creation, platform-specific content strategies, and brand voice consistency. You'll monitor content performance, suggest trend-relevant ideas aligned with audience interests, and continuously refine the overall content strategy based on analytics.
